Are your items authentic?

Yes! We carefully curate our vintage & pre-loved pieces, and 100% guarantee the authenticity of all items we offer. We use a third party, Entrupy, to provide authenticity certificates with all* of our handbags and wallets, so you can shop with ease. We love our customers and want to ensure all items exceed your expectations in both quality & style!

Do you offer a Payment Plan?

Yes, Payment Plans are available!

We require a $100 deposit down, and you have 8 weeks to pay off the balance.

All deposits and payments are non-refundable and non-transferable, upon placing your deposit you are acknowledging this policy.

Please follow the steps:

  1. Add Item to Cart
  2. Checkout
  3. Fill Contact and Shipping Information
  4. Continue to Shipping
  5. Continue to Payment
  6. Select Payment Plan
  7. Complete Order
  8. After confirming your order you will be given instructions on how to complete your $100 deposit via PayPal or EMT.

Deposits must be made upon completion of your order.

Where do your items come from?

We currently have a supplier who deals exclusively with authentic designer goods, and sells only to registered businesses. We also accept selected handbags and wallets through consignment and a buyout program, and use our third party authentication service to ensure 100% authenticity guaranteed.

When will my item ship?

Your item will ship within 1-3 business days upon confirmation of payment, and we ship with Canada Post. You will receive a confirmation e-mail with your tracking number once your item ships. All items require signature for secure delivery.

What is your Sales Policy?

All sales are final. Please ensure you read all descriptions, condition guide, and look through all pictures prior to purchasing. We do not accept refunds or exchanges. Please reach out via e-mail within 48 hours of receiving your item if you have any questions, or you feel as though an item was misrepresented.

Do you charge tax?

As a registered business, we are legally required to charge tax. All of our prices listed already include the taxes, so the price you see is the total price, inclusive of tax.

Can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately we are usually unable to cancel an order once it is placed, however you can reach out to info@sprucevintage.ca for assistance.
